Form 1098 from coop

I received my form 1098 from my co op and this year I noticed box 8 don’t have any address like previous years for the first time. Before you ask box 7 isn’t checked and has never been checked previous years. This is also my only resident where I live. Should I still file and deduct it from my taxes?.

If you have amounts in boxes 1 through 6, yes, go ahead.

Yes box has 1500, box 2 has 40k and box 10 has 5200. Thank you. I’ll go ahead and do that. I reach out to the management company but will have to wait until tomorrow for a response.

Box 1 interest on your main home should be entered. A corrected form should show the same dollar amounts. Even if they don't issue a new form, it should be easy for you to prove that as your residence, should the need ever arise.
