Form 1116 copy numbers are wrong

The numbering of copies of my form 1116 is wrong. In more detail, I have three copies of 1116, namely, General, Passive, and Re-source.  They are supposed to be numbered 1,2,3, but in fact they are numbered COPY 3, COPY 3, Copy 2 as shown in the screenshot below (from Forms View, Turbotax Premier 2023 download version).   These incorrect copy numbers are also printed on the actual return sent to the IRS.

This problem has recurred every year for years because the problem propagates from one year to the next.  So far, the IRS has not complained, but I'd still like to fix this.  I can't find any setting to fix this, short of deleting the form.  But if I delete one of the 1116's then my entire carryover history for 10 years will have to be typed in again.
