Form 2441 Line 14 - Amount Carried Over

I'm trying to figure out how to get Turbo Tax to present me with the option to enter an amount in Form 2441 Line 14. I have a $5000 DCFSA for 2019 but carried forward $1100 to 2020.

Further details if needed:

2018 - I had a $3000 DCFSA set up but only used $1130 in 2018 and carried over $1170 to 2019.

2019 - I upped the FSA to $5000, used the $1170 carry over from 2019, and then used $3900 of the $5000 in 2019. The remaining $1100 is being carried over to 2020.

Based on my reading of the actual Form 2441, I should have Lines 12, 13, and 14 as $5000, $1170, and $1100 respectively. Lines 12 and 13 show up correctly, but Line 14 keeps showing $0, which is increasing my tax liability on Line 26 substantially.

Appreciate any help.

When you make the entries on your W-2, the contribution amount is reported in box 10. After entering the W-2 information, click through the screens, and you will come to a screen that asks if your employer provides on-site care. Answer the question and click Continue.

On the next screen, answer Yes, I had a Flexible Spending Account to pay for child or dependent care. A box will pop open asking you to enter any leftover amount. Enter your 2020 carry over and click Continue.
