Form 3115 was filled but can not be found with the tax return file in PDF.
The form 3115 can not be found in the return PDF file.
I use TurboTax desktop version.
You most likely have to print and mail your return, including the Form 3115 you prepared in Forms Mode.
Further, you need to send a separate, signed copy to the IRS.
