Form 8283 Noncash Charitable Contributions

Why is it taking so long to release a standard form that has little to no changes to it? I have been using TurboTax for decades but I am about to try a new tax filing system. The form shows available on irs.gov since 01/27/2025. So, why does TT have more complicated forms ready for file and not a standard form that is widely used and delaying millions of returns. I have been disappointed in TT for the third year in a row, there will not be a forth. As a loyal user of Intuit products, I am done.
