Form 8379: Line 15B Joint has an unacceptable value: it put in a number for me for Total Taxes Paid and Total Itemized Deductions but I am doing the standard deduction?

Line 15 should be your your standard deduction of $24,400 (it may be higher if you are over 65). That should be split evenly with $12,200 in column b and $12,200 in column c.
