Form 8889 needs to be withdrawn

How do you change form 8889? My HSA is payroll deducted. It says my Employer contributed 5,550. That is not correct . They contributed nothing.

    If you are saying that your W2 is reporting that your employer made HSA contributions, but that is not correct, you need to contact your employer and request that they amend your W2.

     

    If you just need to go back and go through the HSA section again, please follow these steps:

     

    . Make sure you are logged into your account

    2. Click Federal on the left tab

    3. Click Deductions and Credits on the top tab

    4. Scroll down until you get to the Medical section and select show more.

    5. You will want to revisit the section titled HSA MSA Contributions
