Question

Has anyone received a tax offset payment from child support? I have been waiting for a month! I tried to call child support office but they wont tell me anything!

My ex received the rest of his taxes minus the offset a month ago. But DCS has not processed the payment from DFS.

Sometimes it can take 30 business days or more depending on your State. There could be a different financial department that handles the child support offset which is why the main number you are contacting cannot give you any information. You can contact them to find out. You can also search your State's website for additional information.
