Head of household

My 24 daughter lives with me and has a minimum wage job to finish school and apply for PT school.  (And to try a save.)  I pay everything house related.  Mortgage, utilities, repairs, etc.  I have 3 jobs trying to build up a little extra in case of an emergency.  (school teacher) 

So with all that said, am I able to file head of household?  She is not a dependent, I told her to file to get back the little taxes she pays.  I did not know if that met the requirements or not.  (trying everything to save since my 2 extra jobs did not take enough out - even though I put it 0 for all 3 jobs.)
