Why is the amount that I'm getting on Turbo Tax for the repayment of the health insurance premium due more than  the difference of the Monthly enrollment premiums (Column A) and the Monthly advance payment of premium tax credit (B) based on the 1095-A.

Also based on the explanation given of the amount due, below, the payback amount is  still greater than shown based on earnings.

What's the maximum I'll have to pay back if I file as single?
- fell between $24,280 and $36,420, you won't pay back more than $800.

I've checked my numbers and all the input is accurate.

The repayment can be the full amount of the Advance credit (column C).  The difference between column A and C does not have anything to do with the amount of repayment.

Look at your Form 8962.  Your income is on Line 3.  Is that number between $24,280 and $36,420?
