I just filed my taxes and discovered that I owe $900.00 back to the government because I received too much money from the health care marketplace for my income.  When I filed my taxes and paid the government and state electronicly for money I owed was that $900.00 paid at that time and taken from my refund or do I have to fill out another form to pay the $900.00 balance.

You should have received a FORM 1095-A for your marketplace insurance.  If you did get it and it was posted, the $900 will have already been included in your tax liability.  However, if you got a notification from the IRS, then something else happened, and you should contact us again.
