Solved

Hello, can I deduct Uber expense for commuting to work? I do not work at employer's location, I commute to employer's client's office.

Commuting expenses are never deducible. Even though you are going to a client site, it is still commuting.

Wait a minute, the client site should be considered a "temporary" work location and the IRS website says commute expenses are deductible: "Between home and temporary work location, Deductible if you have a regular or main job at another location."
