Question

Hello, I am curious if I can include 2 vehicles I purchased this year for the sales tax paid if they weren't completely paid off? I made downpayments on both though

Generally, yes.  If you paid for the vehicles via a loan, the taxes are still considered paid (unless you were told otherwise) and you can enter them to determine if you should itemize your deductions.
