I have a 25 years old daughter , I paid for all her living and health insurance for more than 6 months because she was a full time student. She started to work in July . So i paid for her health insurance until August because (she has insurance from her work around August). Now i received a form 1095A , i really don’t know how i should do it since i can’t claim her as my dependent because she is 25 years old .
please help me, thank you

    1. Was Advance credit received (column C of the 1095-A)?
    2. How many people were "covered" by the health insurance on the 1095-A?
    3. Are BOTH you and your daughter agreeable to do things for the best overall result?
    4. How does her 2024 income compare to your 2024 (much more, more, similar, less, much less)?
    5. Did you cancel the 1095-A insurance for her when she became eligible for employer insurance?
    6. Did anybody else (such as you) continue to have insurance on the 1095-A after you cancelled it for your daughter?
