Hi, I am Non-Immigrant having foreign mutual funds worth of 10000$. Based on https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-8621 Should I need to fill form 8621 ? Is it mandatory to fill form-8621 ( PFIC ). If yes how to submit these forms online ?

The Form 8621 is required for a US person that is a direct or indirect shareholder of a passive foreign investment company (PFIC). If you are a nonresident, you are not required to file. To confirm, please contact Sprintax to complete your tax filing. TurboTax does not support this form.
