Hi, I had a shoulder injury last year and had to take off 2 months of work while I recovered without any kind of compensation while I recovered. Deduction for that?

No deduction for it, but since you earned less money, you have less income to report and less tax liability.  You can't deduct something you never received.

No. There is no lost wages deduction at all.
