Yes, under Deductions & Credits for potential itemization on Schedule A you must enter any medical expenses paid with funds from your HSA. TurboTax automatically subtracts from the total the amount that you indicate as used for medical expenses when entering the Form 1099-SA that reports your HSA distributions.
