How do I know, or where can I find how much I have paid back on the Home Buyers credit? Turbo Tax wants me to complete form 5045.

Balance of your First-Time Homebuyer Credit.
Amount you paid back to date.
Total amount of the credit you received.
Annual installment repayment amount.
