Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet asking "Were all loan proceeds used to purchase, build or improve this home?" It's a refi with no funds out. What do I check?

It's only giving me a yes or a no and it says (see help if this loan is a refinance loan) There isn't a help button.

If in the refinance, you did not take cash out for other uses then you can answer Yes to the question.
