I HAVE A HOME OFFICE THAT UTILIZES 120 OUT OF 1400 SQ. FEET OF THE HOME.IN 2020 I SPENT $10,700 TO BUILD A DOOR DIRECTLY INTO THE HOME OFFICE. HOW MUCH OF THIS COST CAN i PUT ONTO THE REPAIR MAINTANANCE LINE?

    Zero.  That would be a depreciable improvement to the property.  You need to enter it as an "asset" for depreciation.

    It's not deductible per-se. It's a property improvement that gets added to the cost basis of the house and the business use portion of that property improvement (which very well could be 100%) gets depreciated over the next 39 years. Enter this improvement in the Business Assets section.
