I own a small business in Alaska that does a lot of remote work where my employees and I are on a project site for weeks at a time without going home. Since most of the time there are no hotels or restaurants nearby, I provide all lodging and meals at a project camp but do not pay per diem. Can I deduct 100% of the cost of the meals? Basically, I'm buying groceries in bulk, not prepared meals or anything like that. Should I just change my accounting to claim the food as supplies?

Yes ... in this case the food is supplies and not Meals.
