How and where do I claim my legal expenses for my SSA Disability claim in order to deduct those expenses on my taxes?

i received my lump sum payment for 5 years of benefits as well as legal fees. I'm trying to deduct my legal fees/expenses but i don't see where to enter them to actually get the deduction. help?

    Legal fees for personal income are not currently deductible on the federal but may be on your state return. You can enter them in Federal Deductions under Other Deductions and Credits.
