How can I correct the value in Box 6d of form 1099-DIV (Foreign source amount included in dividends)? I already entered a value, but want to change it.

Unless you filled out f1116, any amount in box 6d will do. The reason is that box 6d is used only by f1116 and since there is no f1116, other than clearing the error, it does nothing and goes nowhere.
