Question

How can I print my donations in Its Deductible in alphabetical order? The pdf file just comes out in one big run-on file in no particular order

When I print the pdf file, it comes out in one big run-on print-out with the bottom of every page cut off.

Use the PDF reader print functions to adjust the way the report is printed.

Thanks!  I had to use custom print, not just shrink, but it still breaks the page funny.  I ended up cutting and pasting it into a Word document, and I came out better.

Its Deductible has very limited printing capabilities.  They are summarized here: http://turbotax.intuit.com/support/iq/ItsDeductible/Print-Reports-in-ItsDeductible/GEN12091.html

Thank you, I saw that also, and you are correct - ItsDeductible has VERY limited printing capabilities.

I was able to print contribution summary for individual charities by doing the following:

Under report summaries, select HTML as report format.  A new tab and screen presentation will come up showing all contributions.  Then, highlight the information for the individual charity that you want to print and right-click the mouse button (or CTRL + P) to bring up print option.  Ensure that only the selected area is to be printed.  Then, continue and print normally.

Another option is to click on a TYPE and use the sort function then capture a screenshot ...

Yes, it is in alphabetical order when you choose it that way, but having 67 entries would make screen saving everything very tedious.
