How come I didn’t receive a child tax credit for my infant child?

The most probable reason would be that you have indicated that your infant child has lived with you less than 6 months in 2019, based on the date of birth. If this is the case, please revisit the Info section of TurboTax, edit the your infant child's info and say that he/she lived with you THE WHOLE YEAR.
