I'm ready to file but I need to go back to adjust my HSA non-qualified expense amount

You'll get Form 1099-SA if you paid for medical or other expenses from your HSA.

Here's how to revisit that section:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
Select Search and enter 1099-SA.
Select Jump to 1099-sa.
On the screen Here is what we have so far, click Edit next to the Payer's name.
Continue to the screen Did you spend your HSA money on Medical expenses only?
