How do I add a second provider for a single child for child dependant care credit

When I try to edit the amount of expenses for the child I can only add it to the other provider, there is no place to add second provider.

After you complete the entry of the first provider it will say +Add Another Care Provider below the initial provider bar on the left.

I do not have the same screen when I go from deductions and credits to dependant care credit. It lists the child with the expenses for the first provider with an edit/delete button and then another button for add expenses for another where you have shown the add another provider button. If I click this button it only shows my other dependents not this one. if I click edit it will only let me add the costs to this provider with no link for adding another provider. Thanks for your help. Do you have a link for the page you showed?

To add another provider under the Child and Dependent Care Credit, follow these steps:

Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
Down the left side of the screen, click on Deductions & Credits.
Scroll down to You and Your Family, click Show more.
Click Start / Revisit to the right of Dependent Care Credit.
At the screen Here's what we have so far, click Done.
At the screen Here's what you spend on care providers, select Add another Care Provider.
