You enter those both in the federal section of TurboTax.    

 

How do I enter personal property taxes paid?  for movable items

 

How do I enter real estate taxes paid?  for immovable items

 

If you made estimated federal or state income tax payments, follow the instructions here.   There are separate line entries for federal, state, and local tax payments made.
