How do I add LAWN CARE and Home Warrenty to
Schedule E lINE 19 other expenses?

If this is for your personal home you cannot. Those expenses are not deductible.

If you have a rental property you can use TurboTax Premiere. It will be posted to the rental in the Expense section, under other expenses.

If this is a business you will have to use TurboTax Self-Employed to post these expenses to, and you will do it in the self-employed section.
