Question

How do I calculate my medical expense for Wisconsin state return? Is this the same as my HSA distribution or is it completely separate? Thank you.

    TurboTax will handle your HSA deduction for Wisconsin. There is a screen in the Wisconsin interview that asks if you made HSA contributions back before 2011. This is because Wisconsin did not allow HSA contributions prior to 2011.
