How do I calculate the amount of charitable deductions to carry forward from 2021?

You can find the amount of your 2021 charitable contribution carryover from your 2021 tax return. To view your 2021 tax return from your TurboTax account. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Sign in at TurboTax.com
2. Go to Tax Home and scroll down and select Your tax returns & documents. Here, you'll see the years of taxes you've filed with TurboTax
   • If you don't see any returns when you sign in, you might be using the wrong user ID. Check to see if you have another account
3. Select 2021 and choose Download/print return (PDF) to get a copy. Select Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional).

Once you download your copy, look for the Federal Carryover Worksheet. Your charitable Contribution Carryover will be on page 3.
