I live in Ireland and own a property that's income producing. Where do I add that income on my US taxes?

It depends on what type of property and income it is.  If it is a rental property then you would include it under rents and if it is personal property (anything but land and buildings), then it would be business income reported as self employment.

For residential rental property special depreciation rules:

If your property is considered a rental property, you can depreciate it on your income tax returns. Unlike U.S. property, which is depreciated over 27.5 years, foreign residential property is depreciated over 30 years.
