Question

How do I clear out the Earned Income Credit (EIC) section and start again? It told me to try it including/not including Medicaid waiver hardship payments as income.

When I included it, it told me I didn't qualify and now it will not go back to let me choose not to include it as income so that I do qualify.

    You can try deleting Form EIC and then revisiting this area. 

     

    If you are using:

    • TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
    • TurboTax Desktop:
      1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
      2. Click on FORMS.
      3. Locate the form you want to delete.
      4. Click on the form name.
      5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
