How do I correct schedule B to reflect no foreign accounts?

The first box is checked "yes" and the other two are checked "no". All of the boxes should not be checked because I have no foreign accounts and indicated so when I answered the questions.

Yes, you can make your changes as follows to answer 'No' to the foreign accounts and trusts.

For TurboTax Online use the following steps.

Select Tax Tools > Tools > Select Topic Search and then search foreign >
Make sure the 'foreign accounts and trusts, questions on schedule b' is highlighted
Click Go
This will take you to the foreign account question.
Make any corrections necessary and remove your error.
