How do I enter a donation of property to charity?

To enter charitable donations -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Charitable Donations
On Donations to Charity in 2023, click on the start or update button
On Import from ItsDeductible Online, click on the start or update button

Or enter charitable donation in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to charitable donation

For a property donation -

On the screen labeled Let's enter your donations one at a time

On Items click on the Add button

On the screen Choose a category for this donation

Then select the type of property that was donated
