How do I enter a donation which has an appraised value much higher than the normal given value? (I've donated a 1960's Martin Wurlitzer Trumpet valued at $2300.00.)

I've donated a 1960's Martin Wurlitzer Trumpet valued at $2300.00. The It'sDeductible app only allows a maximum of $500.00.

If you have a signed appraisal from a reputable appraiser, you can enter the appraised value on your Tax return.
