How do I enter mortgage interest for my wife's self-employed home office? I entered the amount in deduction section, but now auto-filling a $0 in the home office section.

There must be something else that is restricting the deduction. The Home Office deduction cannot create a loss for the business. If you are itemizing your deductions you may want to delete the entry to be sure the system doesn't try to allocate the interest between your personal deduction and the business.
