How do I enter two or more different care providers?

Hi,

 

I used different care providers for my 6 years old son. Yet, when I get to the screen "Let's get some info about your care provider" it only let me pick one care provider. How do I enter multiple care providers?

    Please refer to the images below for further reference and refer to the highlighted areas:

     

    Click on the Done Button on bottom right to proceed to the next page.

     

     

     

     

     

    On the image below, click on the option of "Add Another Care Provider". This will allow you to enter multiple care providers.
