How do I exclude filing a form 1116 for a foreign tax credit from 2013? It is a small amount and turbo tax will not let me file electronically with this form needed.

You do not need to exclude form 1116 Schedule B and will be able to e-file your return.

Schedule B (Form 1116) is used to reconcile your prior year foreign tax carryover with your current year foreign tax carryover.

This Schedule will be available to e-file on or around March 11, 2022.
