How do I find out how I got an HSA account? I didn’t know I had one and need to pull money out of it before the 18th. I called previous employers and no HSA through them

There was an option while I did my taxes that I have an excess of money in my HSA and it said I need to pull it out so I clicked “yes” and now need to figure out how I got an HSA in The first place so I can contact them and opt out of it/receive my funds.
