I don't remember the form number or name

It depends. Typically, escrowed property taxes are reported on box 10 of Form 1098 (Mortgage Interest Statement) if you have a mortgage, and escrowed your taxes. If you do not see it there, you could log on to your mortgage servicer's website, and look at your transaction history. You could also contact the tax collector where you live.
