How do I fix this: "Deductible Home Mortgage Interest Wks: Your calculations could not be completed. Reference code: 9-945-263"?

When I hit "Continue" I just get the message again. There are no other options on the page. The Help link was a ***** end (Cannot find this document.).

Log out and in again. If that doesn’t work then when you enter your 1098 enter zero in box 2. That has worked for some people.
