How do I get help with itsdeductible?

It won't let me set the date of a donation correctly.

But I'm asking more broadly about how to get help because I can't find anything on the TurboTax website.

On the It's Deductible app you must be in the correct year tab to make entries ... you cannot put a 2020 contribution in the 2021 tab and vise versa.

    Ah, you're right; I used the wrong tab.

     

    No way to fix it?

    Nope ... delete the incorrect entry and start again in the correct tab.
