How do I get turbotax to apply my state tax credit for my electric vehicle?

My Federal tax credit has been applied using Form 8936, but Turbotax isn't giving me an option for Oregon's State tax credit for buying an EV. Is there a way to get turbotax to do it or do I need to file Oregon state tax return on my own?

Oregon does not have an income tax credit for electric vehicles. The state has two rebate programs – the Standard Rebate and the Charge Ahead Rebate. Those are not part of the income tax return. You have to apply for them.
