How do I know if I have recorded my church tithing correctly?

If you itemize your deductions, the church tithing should appear on Schedule A, Charitable Contributions.

 

If you don't itemize and you're referring to the $300 Single/$600 Married Filing Jointly Charitable Contribution deduction that is available in 2021, the amount is reflected on IRS Form 1040 Line 12b.
