How do I remove Form 2555 from my tax refund?

The software is not letting me E-File, i have gone back through and unchecked foreign income and it is still asking me to complete the form.

If you don't need that form 2555, you'll have to delete it.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

In TurboTax, open your return
In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
A list of forms will appear. Locate form 2555 and click Delete next to it.
On the next screen, click Delete Form
Also delete any worksheet associated with form 2555.
