Question

How do i remove the HSA and MSA contributions from my return? I cannot clear and start over I have paid. I deleted the form, but the contribution is still there.

If on your W-2 there is a code W in box 12 it is showing you did make an HSA contribution through your employer.

 

At times some residual information is on the form within your computer even if you delete the form,. You need to clear cache and cookies to remove this information. This should correct your problem.

 

To do the clearing hold down the CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE keys at the same time.
