How do I set up (Home & Office) software for a "statutory employee" self employed person?

You would enter the W-2 information just as you would any W-2.  Just be sure that the Box 13 Statutory Employee has been checked.  

Then, as you are completing the W-2 section, there will be some follow-up questions.  Select 'Yes' to the question about 'Any Related Business Expenses?' in order to link your W-2 to a Schedule C where you can report your expenses.  

Use the following steps to get started entering your W-2:

• On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
• This opens a box where you can type in “W-2” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
• The search results will give you an option to “Jump to early W-2”
• Click on the blue “Jump to W-2” link
