You can skip over any section that does not apply to you.   When you come to that section, the first question is ''Did you pay for child and dependent care in 2022?'' or ''Do you want to review your child and dependent care credit info?'' if you already visited.   You can answer No to those questions.

However, if you already started entering information in there and decide you don't qualify for the credit, you can remove the associated form (2441) so that you can e-file your return - it sometimes gets stuck.   An incomplete Form 2441 will be created if you start the Child and Dependent Care section but don't complete it.   To remove it, follow the instructions here.
