It depends. 

All of your input can be found in the Federal section of the return. 

  1. Select Deductions & Credits
  2. Go to All tax breaks, select Your Home
  3. Select Property (Real Estate) Taxes 
  4. You will be able to delete the amounts here.

If you entered the property taxes in the mortgage interest section of the return because they were listed on Form 1098, you can delete that input as follows.

  1. Go into the Federal program. 
  2. Select Deductions & Credits 
  3. Select Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098) 
  4. Select Edit until you see the line for Property taxes.
  5. Delete any amounts here, if any
